The one of worst thing in glovo, you can't reach to customer service except you have order, otherwise no one, they won't respond to you, It's probable that you receive an order, but when you arrive at the pickup location, the application reassigns a new order, and you don't receive any money. That's a waste of time and money. If you cancel an order in Glovo, it's like committing a crime. This happened to me after I accepted an order

The app is very funny. I don't understand is this signing in thing. With other apps, you can just go online and start receiving orders. But with this app you need to book slots all the time. you can't go offline if something happened. You can't cancel those slots. Any order you receive you can't cancel, you are forced to complete the order no matter where you have to drive to. Another thing that is so frustrating is the fact that you can't sign in everywhere, only in highlighted places.

Glovo kindly consider the condition, your new app update is trash it's just like GLOUBER, we don't see anymore what's your delivery price is, if there is a 2md delivery after the fast delivery we don't see the price of 2nd delivery until it's bundle, so I will no be picking up 2nd delivery after the 1st, not only me mostly will not be. Please kindly get a good developer to make you app good not do it from freelance website. Best regards.
