How can I subscribe to Glovo Prime?

Use the “Join Prime” or “Try it for free” button on this webpage or in the Glovo app. Go to the “Profile” section, select Glovo Prime, and complete the registration and payment process. Once the payment is successful, your subscription becomes active on the activation date and you will receive a confirmation email.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your Glovo Prime subscription anytime through the app or website in the “Profile” section. After canceling, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least two business days before renewal. Payments already made for the current subscription period are not refundable.

When will I be charged and how does billing work?

Glovo Prime is billed monthly. Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel beforehand, and the subscription fee is charged on the activation date. The fee is charged to the payment method linked to your Glovo account, and if the payment fails, Glovo may try another payment method associated with the account.
